On this platform you can report incidents that occur while on University premises or whilst engaged in University business off campus, including:
- Accidents - events that cause injury or ill health, or damage or loss to property, plant, materials or the environment,
- Near misses - events not causing harm but which had the potential to cause injury, ill health, damage or loss.
- Undesired circumstances - incidents of unacceptable behaviour, security breaches, fires, fire alarm activations and fire safety breaches.
- Safeguarding or wellbeing concerns.
