Welcome Week Timetables
Ahead of Welcome Week, please start and - ideally - complete registration as soon as possible. Not being fully registered won’t stop you attending Welcome Week (and you must attend, even if you haven’t completed registration) but you can’t get access to your course materials until fully registered.

Welcome Week: Monday, 6 January 2025
Welcome Week at 杏吧app下载 Business School is packed with sessions designed to help you feel at home and prepare for success. Throughout the week, you’ll meet academic staff, classmates, and other key staff for your course. You will learn about all the things you need to get started as a student. These mandatory sessions are essential to help you get to know your course and make the most of your studies.
Your programme-specific Welcome Week timetable will be sent directly to you as a separate email once you’ve completed registration, so keep an eye on your inbox.
GreFest Winter: 6–10 January
Before classes begin, join us for , our hybrid festival of skills and support. Participate online or in person in sessions designed to help you thrive, including workshops on , , and . It’s also a fantastic opportunity to meet fellow students, tutors, and our support teams, as well as make new friends.

Your First Week of Classes: From Monday 13 January
Teaching begins the week after Welcome Week. All classes for your programme will be held on-campus at the University of 杏吧app下载, Maritime Campus, Old Royal Naval College, Park Row, London SE10 9LS.
Your personal timetable is being finalised, if you are unable to see your personal timetable yet, please keep checking back on the 'My Timetable' tab as they will be released shortly.
Uni Life: More Than Just 杏吧app下载
At 杏吧app下载, there’s so much more to experience beyond the classroom. Whether you’re into sports, culture, or something totally unique, the has a club or society for you. The Lower Deck in the Dreadnought Building is your go-to spot for food, drinks, and entertainment, with events happening throughout the year. Dive in, make new friends, and let your main character energy shine!
Key People
- Programme Leader:鈥�They manage your programme, co-ordinate with the tutors across your modules and are responsible for your academic experience. You can find out who they are by looking at the鈥�webpage for your course.
- Academic Tutors: Your primary contact when you have questions鈥痮r need advice. They can help direct you to student services, help you improve your academic performance, and support you on the path to your first graduate job.
- Module Leader:鈥�Your course modules will be taught by one or more tutors, but the module leader leads in planning the module, teaching, supporting, and assessing it and ensuring quality. They will be able to answer your questions about their module.
- Student Help desk: Your first port of call when you have any questions relating to the university. The team will be able to direct you to the correct area and ensure that your enquiry is answered. You can find the Student Help Desk in Room QM240 of the Queen Mary Building.
- Programme Administrators: These staff are a valuable source of advice as they know your programme and academics very well and they can also offer advice on accessing a range of support services.
- Faculty Student Advisor: Your FSA is your first point of contact for pastoral and academic support throughout your time with us. Once you have their contact details, you can reach out for guidance on any pastoral or academic matters.
