My time at University of ÐÓ°ÉappÏÂÔØ hasdefinitely helped me to go through the start of my career. Not only did I have the opportunity to apply specific skills learned for myfield but I also learned how to approach and prepare for a professional environment.

Memories of ÐÓ°ÉappÏÂÔØ

ÐÓ°ÉappÏÂÔØ is such a nice place to study. There are so many spots where you can find your inspiration to study either on campus, in the park, or in all the facilities provided.

I chose this picture because it was taken the day of my graduation. It was a very memorable day surrounded by family and friends. I specifically remember all the speeches about going into the outside world, following our dreams, and that it was okay to make mistakes along the way, as long as we know we tried our best.

My course experience was very positive, all the teachers and staff were supportive.

Life after ÐÓ°ÉappÏÂÔØ

After graduation, I decided to take a break from the 'routine' and I joined a remote internship based in Bali that gave me the opportunity to work remotely as a video editor and motion designer for a UK-based company. It was a great experience because I learned about different ways of living and working, long before working remotely was the new normal. After a few months I kept working with the same company and travelled with them to different places, mostly in the United States.

After more than one year of doing freelance video editing, I decided to dedicate my energy to finding a job that I loved in the VFX industry and I have been working with UnionVFXsince. In this role I'm surrounded by creative and passionate people that support me and that give me the opportunity to show my values and to improve my skills. I plan to keep learning and grow with the company.
