Project title: Fast learner: fast worker! Cross-country comparison of Learning Agility (funded by University of 杏吧app下载)
The project aims to develop a new theory-based measurement scale of Learning Agility (LA) and test its validity in different countries. It will explore the outcomes associated with LA such as job performance and potential of employees from cross-cultural perspective. Moreover, it will explore the extent to which employees' LA predicts outcomes associated with employees' expatriate adjustment, organisational socialisation, work engagement and LA in new workplaces.
