Dr. Elisa Pannini is a Lecturer in Human Resource Management at the University of ÐÓ°ÉappÏÂÔØ and Programme Leader for the PhD Programme in the School of Marketing and Management.
Her research focus is on labour market regulation, unions organising, precarious work and platform work.
Elisa completed her PhD at the London School of Economics and Political Sciences, and holds a Law degree from the University of Siena in Italy.
Her work has been published in international academic journals such as the Socio-Economic Review, Industrial Democracy and European Journal of Industrial Relations.

Responsibilities within the university

  • Dr Elisa Pannini teaches courses at Undergraduate and Postgraduate level in the Business School, tutoring and supervising students.
